Eddie graduated Cum Laude and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (business honor society) from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has founded multiple successful companies including Zulu Marketing and buzz.io. He previously worked in the seminar industry serving in multiple positions including VP of Business Development and built workshop platforms, sales materials, and education products. Eddie maintains strong relationships with seminar companies and continues to expand REI Holdings’ lead sources.
Brandon is a serial entrepreneur with a strong background in logistics and entertainment industries. He served as Executive Vice President at Knight Trucking in Salt Lake City for twelve years and still retains ownership in the company. Brandon is also the founder of Nitro Circus a multichannel action sports brand, which produced multiple DVD hits a feature length film, live events, and an MTV series. At REI Holdings, Brandon is responsible for Business Development and manages much of inventory acquisition and partner relations.
Josh Carr graduated from UVU in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. Throughout his career Josh has consulted with over 100 clients in a huge variety of industries, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. A lifelong learner with an insatiable appetite for information and ideas Josh is a serial entrepreneur and innovator. Josh is a 3x selection to the vSpring Capital v|100 – A yearly list of the Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs in Utah. In 2012 Josh was also selected as a Junto Partner (an intensive Entrepreneurial Mastermind Group) . In 2014 Josh was selected as a RevGen Finalist (a yearly list of the top revenue producers in the state of Utah). Josh is also a former member of the Marketing Advisory Board for Utah Valley University.

After brief stints as a traveling salesman and concert pianist Neil finally found his true calling in life and toured the country as a stand up comedian. Then when he gave that up and decided he better get a job he became a developer and we hired him. Neil has the best stories and an amazing work ethic. He is responsible for this entire website, well everything but his Bio.
Meet our Administration and Servicing Staff:
With over 10 years of experience in the tax lien industry Beverly is an encyclopedia of tax lien investing knowledge. She has helped thousands of investors get started in the tax lien industry. She also values service above all else and will do anything and go to any length to help you be successful.
Paige graduated from the University of Utah in 2014. We recruited her away from Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Beckers office where she played a key role in organizing many large scale events and projects including the annual Pride Parade. Every ounce of paperwork involved in the Tax Lien purchase process touches Paige’s desk. She has been instrumental in developing, streamlining and refining our tax lien transfer process.
Noelia Graduated from Utah Valley University in 2013 with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. Most recently she was the store manager for a national retail chain. Due to her excellent management she was able to grow sales to $1.2 Million annually. She is a skilled recruiter and trainer and is fluent in Spanish.
By far the shortest person on the team topping out at 5’2″ with heals and a hat Jami feels like its her duty to constantly remind us that dynamite comes in small packages. Jami is a triplet and played soccer on the collegiate level. Prior to Joining the team Jami worked as an editor for buzz.io and was instrumental to doubling website traffic and tripling ad revenue during her time there. A graduate of Brigham Young University in her free time she enjoys playing and coaching soccer.

An entrepreneur at heart Kyle dreams big. He will celebrate your success as if it’s his own and bring a tenacity and level of ownership to all interactions that will make you love him as much as his wife does. Kyle Studied Business Administration in Arizona before moving Utah to run the outside sales team for Alterra. Over the next 2 years his team grew to over 40 and Kyle was responsible for quadrupling sales revenues in his region. While also increasing individual sales volume.
Mark Blair holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Mark has worked in nearly every part of the Real Estate business including as Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Appraiser. For over 20 years Mark was the principal broker at RealtyGroup, a Real Estate Brokerage he founded. He was a multi-year member of the Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club where he also received many top sales agent awards. After selling his brokerage, Mark started the real estate investing firm Topaz Development specializing in flipping distressed properties. Mark was also instrumental in founding HACE, a non-profit focusing on providing down payment assistance for housing programs including the FHA. Mark has a rain man like ability to analyze a real estate deal. Fluent in Spanish, Mark has also volunteered with the housing authority helping immigrants and first time home buyers navigate the home buying process.
Holly is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communication. She began her career as the Finance Director for the Olene Walker for Governor Campaign. Following the campaign Holly moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked for Senator Orrin Hatch on the Senate Judiciary Committee then later resumed her work with campaign fundraising. In 2005 she was chosen as Miss Utah International. She served with America’s Promise and was appointed by the Governor to the Utah Commission on Volunteers. Holly has worked for ABC Channel 4 in Salt Lake City as a sports producer and as a feature columnist for Salt Lake Magazine.
Steve spent the last 15 years of his life as a Tax Lien Investing coach and mentor. He has literally written several books on Tax Lien Investing and has helped thousands of people get started in the industry. His knowledge is immense and we have yet to find anything he doesn’t know about Tax Lien Investing.
Nathan has worked in various aspects of the Finance and Real Estate Industries including Property Management for vacation rental properties. He has also worked as a stock broker and knows the stock market well enough to have a bias for Real Estate Investing :-). He is passionate about fitness and is a certified CrossFit Trainer.
Shade has more than 15 years experience with Tax Liens and Tax Deeds as an investor, teacher, and adviser. Over that time he has helped thousands of investors from every part of the United States. Shade has traveled the country as an instructor, as well as writing several books and programs about internet based tax lien and tax deed investing.
A graduate with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Mark has relentless in his desire to help people achieve financial success. With over 10 years of experience helping people realize their financial goals Mark will bring wisdom and insight to each transaction and help you weigh aspects of the decision many people overlook. Frank has been in business development for over a decade helping thousands of entrepreneurs build, develop and grow their businesses worldwide. His expertise in the marketing field has helped entrepreneurs and investors maximize their revenue in the real estate market. After working with real estate moguls like Donald Trump and other tycoons in the real estate industry Frank realized his passion for helping new Real Estate Investors get started in the industry he loves.
